Return and Exchange Policy

Unworn items, in their original condition, with only a Simmons logo (no custom text), may be exchanged for a different size or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery. We cannot accept items that have been washed or worn. 

 

Any items that are received damaged or defective will be exchanged at no charge or fully refunded, including items with custom embroidery or printing. 

  

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for items with any customization. If you have an issue with a gift you received, apparel or merchandise, please contact your manager for next steps. 

 

Refunds will be processed on the credit card you used at checkout after the return is received.  

 

Exchanges will not be mailed until the original item is received.
